STANDARD

$170 per night for two people, including all linen and firewood.  Note, minimum 2 night stay on weekends.  (A one night stay on weekends may be possible but a surcharge of $80 will apply.  A one night stay midweek will be $220).  These prices may vary during school or public holidays.  Bookings during those times may be subject to a surcharge of $20 per night. Prices are effective as of today and are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY / TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment in full is required 4 weeks prior to your arrival.  Cancellations with more than 4 weeks notice will receive a full refund including the bond. Any later notice of cancellation means the bond will not be refunded.  Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice will result in the forfeit of 50%  of the overall booking charge.  If there is an urgent reason for cancelling at short notice I am happy to discuss rescheduling, though an administrative cost will apply  (up to 100% of the first night).  Unfortunately, anything less than 48 hours notice of cancellation for whatever reason will mean forfeiting all payment to cover my costs and losses.
